Our lovely, friendly waitress Shirley at one of our favourite local Sea Point restaurants - Dynasty, where we ended up after the tasting for some sushi and a dish of “hot and sour pork stripes”. Oh and a bottle of the Ollo - a blend of Semillon, Chardonnay, Chenin blanc and Viognier from Altydgedacht in Durbanville - which goes extremely well with both.
