2015 Filia Swartland Chenin blanc Cape Classique made by Christa von la Chevallerie. It was superb
Crisp, with a great sharp prickle mousse and layers of great elegance and full fruit flavours

We had to have Coronation chicken
We were both around for the last coronation and do remember watching it on film several times
